Hi everyone
I start phase 3 tomorrow of my first round, I have lost about 12LB and around 10 inches... Will my body start to change and firm up if I stick to the stage 3 protocol... Cant wait until tomorrow...will start off with Chia Porridge with fresh strawberries, raspberries and vanilla hemp milk, then lunch Goat Cheese and Broccoli soup, salad with avocado and lashing of basil olive oil with dinner being a prawn and tomatoe sauce on califlower rice...with a nice glass of wine...oh I cant wait...I so deserve it...whilst watching my Dallas box set!!!! All I need to make the day more perfect is Patrick Duffy coming out of my shower !!!! Just keep going everyone, its worth the tiny agonies xx Lynn x |
