I am on round 3 and reached my goal today (yay!). However I am only on Day 20. I was hoping to go to Day 30 just to give me that extra 5 pounds cushion to my weight.
My question is, I believe I am short just one day of minimum 26 day round (23 days VLCD with drops, and 3 days VLCD without drops). Is it okay to start my 3 days VLCD without drops tomorrow? I want to make sure I stabilize well in the future and don't want to jeopardize all this hard work over ONE day of missed drops. |
