Default I've reached my goal at day 20 and ran out of drops
I am on round 3 and reached my goal today (yay!). However I am only on Day 20. I was hoping to go to Day 30 just to give me that extra 5 pounds cushion to my weight.

My question is, I believe I am short just one day of minimum 26 day round (23 days VLCD with drops, and 3 days VLCD without drops). Is it okay to start my 3 days VLCD without drops tomorrow? I want to make sure I stabilize well in the future and don't want to jeopardize all this hard work over ONE day of missed drops.

I think the minimum is 23 days of drops, not 23 days of vlcd....so you should be fine....plus I doubt one day would matter much anyway. Just be very careful the first week of p3 so your body can settle in to the new weight. congrats on reaching your goal!!!! Yay!!!!
