Hungrier the day AFTER a skip day???

I skipped Sundays injection. I felt fine that day just like like other days. If anything a wee bit less hungry. BUT, the day after (today) I was hungry. Is it normal to be hungry the day AFTER a skip day

If it's in the beginning of your protocol I would say yes. When I did injections and had a day off and was in the first week or two I noticed hunger. On the hhcg I don't do skip days so that's not a problem anymore.

crap! I forgot that i was supposed to skip a day! What are specifics of that? I do injections....
how often and when am I supposed to skip?

Easy, just skip every sunday but stay on VLCD
