I gained 8.8 pounds on my two loading days, or 10.2 pounds if you include the "loading" I did on the days before I started.

I lost all of the weight in two days of VLCD.

I cant find my notes =( but from what I can remember I only gained like 4-5 all together in two days and it melted off the first 2 vlcd days.

Loading gain> R1= -7, R2= 2, R3= 3
It took one day to release my loading gains in R2 and R3.

I don't like to call sublingual "Drops". Most people associate that word with homeopathic drops, which is extremely different from sublingual Rx.

Let me repost this and clarify since my poll is a tad confusing splitting Rx/HhCG from the method.

Not sure what to call the drops other than drops, so I'll call them drops and accept that some will hate it but hopefully use it anyway.
