Figured I could just get a tablespoon down by shooting it the way some around here do. It wasn't the best, but I did it. Anyhow - 2 hours later and I threw up!!!! All I had to throw up was water and the strawberries I had for breakfast. The stomach cramps almost killed me. I guess I'm not going to to the ACV again - at least not straight. But now I'm afraid to have ACV at all!!!
