Steak Day When Exercising
I am planning to do a steak day (anticipating a gain after a cheat late in P3). Should I modify the steak day at all if I am having a hard work out in the morning or should I just stick it out? I was wondering if I should eat some protein after the workout, then fast the rest of the day until dinner and then eat a steak with an apple?
