hello all I am a 32 year old male, taking omni brand hcg drops (under the tounge) I am 6'1 was 274lbs now I am at 231lbs at day 41 of phase 2. I feel great, tons (almost annoying levels) of energy. I walk 3-4 miles with my dog every other night. I want to keep going on phase 2, my ultimate goal is 209 lbs (my old boxing weight). I feel I am soooo close I can smell it. I am still losing on average .6 pounds per day, and my keto stips have ranged from trace to small pretty consistantly. I cheated for 2 days on cristmas eve and day and ate bad (frosted cutout cookies, lasgana...you dont wanna know!) but only gained 2 pounds, and have been losing steady ever since. Dr Simeon suggests that staying on phase two too long may hurt your results on phase 3 and muscle may be lost. Any help would be great, this is honestly one of the best health related things I have ever been apart of, and I don't want to goof it up now. Thanks!
(PS if you are considering this weight loss protocol, DO IT!) I posted this somewhere else and I feel maybe it was in the wrong spot, sorry.....cheers! |

It's a personal choice, but I wanted to ensure that I didn't screw up my body, or risk my losses, trying to get rid of some extra weight. A second round was my decision, rather than staying on longer, but at the end of the day it's your health and your decision. Just my 2.9 cents. p.s. Funny you're at the same 43.0 pounds lost that I was and you're asking it. Kismet I guess to ask right now. |
