Psoriasis Flare! Day 5 sQ Round 1
 

Eek. I have a sudden and severe Psoriasis outbreak. Bright red and ugly. (no pain or discomfort).

Has anyone else had this sort of experience with HCG?

I had to put on cortisone cream to see if I can minimize it, so I'm afraid!

Im a Naturopath and this my understanding of what has happened.

The HCG diet in itself is like a detox and when you detox, conditions especially skin conditions will usually get more pronounced. This is a good thing,as when you heal naturally, things always get worse before they get better.

So roll with it, don't worry, it will get better.

Thanks Lynn, that's great information for me. I'm not so much worried as I am surprised, as it was going away. I like reframing it as detoxing!
