Default Muscle aches?????
I was on HCG drops for about 40 days. I have been off them for almost 4 weeks, I am having muscle aches in my arms, the bicep area. I had them when I was on HCG and continue to have them. I have read that this could happen but I thought it would go away. Any ideas of anything that will help this and also what causes it.

Is this muscle soreness, or cramping?

If it is general Soreness: You are near the end of a round and at this point you have lost fat deposits that were living INSIDE of the muscles, basically, your muscles are LONGER now, and that makes them kind of sore for a while.

If it is more of a cramp: I'd say its lack of sufficient minerals. Again you are at the end of a round and this diet doesn't include a lot of minerals which play an active role in muscle contractions/retraction.

How long does this normally last. Are there any vitamins or minerals I could take to help this. Also I am planning another round in Jan, not sure if I should, would the soreness continue with another round.

My soreness went away in p3 because I became more active and tightened those muscles and was allowed to eat more protein which plays a huge role in building and repairing them, I suspect it helped the soreness go away. I didn't get the soreness in my second round, and so far I haven't had it on my third round.

I think the best thing you can do is work those muscles and continue to eat a proper diet of plenty of veggies, a few fruits, and plenty of protein.

Turmeric (Curcumin) is great for muscle aches, pain, soreness, etc. I take it daily and love it!

Yes turmeric is great! But it won't 'fix' the underlying problem, however it will help you feel better.
tam: you can find it in capsules or tinctures in healthfood stores. Also in the herb and spice aisle in nearly any grocery store! It's what gives Indian curries their nice yellow color! I have FRESH turmeric root at my Co-op which I make a nice tonic out of!! It looks like ginger root.
