Default Hungry.. increase or decrease dosage??
So I've been hungry for 10 days now. After reading this board about 200 pages worth, I'm realizing I should NOT feel hungry all day. Today I skipped my dose and feel GREAT! Haven't been hungry AT ALL. Obviously I am not on the correct dosage. I am mixed at 175 iu, 5cc injection. I'm thinking I inject less - so instead of 5cc, maybe inject 3cc? Am I understanding this correctly?

if you are feeling better on your skip day you need a lower dose. How much lower depends on how hungry you were before your skip day. If it's a dramatic difference I would drop to 150iu which would be .43 if you've been taking .50. If your hunger was just occasionally or before meals, I'd only drop it one notch on the syringe and see how you are.

Thank you! Today has been a "night and day" difference from the past 9 days. I have actually been dreading tomorrows shot. I will lower to .43 and hope for the best!

hi,
I'm having a similar issue. I'm at 150 iu right now. On the syringe its 60 units since I mixed with 8ml. I'm feeling really hungry throughout the day. Do I increase or decrease my dose?

also, what happens if I use a small amount of regular salt instead of sea salt

thank you so much for your help!

It's usually a case of too high causing the hunger. Try skipping tomorrow and see how you feel by late afternoon and into the evening.

thank you. I usually take the injections in the morning so I increased my dose to 175 before seeing this. I'm feeling a bit better but started feeling quite hungry again around 4pm. Should I still skip a day?
