I am on VLCD 20 and I've lost 19.8lbs so far and I couldn't be happier! This is the only diet that has ever really worked for me. I even had lapband surgery 4 years ago and only lost about 30lbs since then. I have 8 more days of shots and 11 of VLCD left. I am so excited to see what my LIW will be. I plan to start another round on January 4th
