I'm considering taking a course of the above, not sure which yet but am talking with my dr. this week about the possibility. I may or may not decide to take something during a very rough time in my life right now, but I'm concerned about weight gain and other issues. I want to do another round in the new year and wondered if anyone here has had any experience with Xanax or anything similar and what your experiences are?

I have Lorazepam to take as needed. I have not noticed any side effects with it (other than making me sleepy). Sorry that you are going through a rough time. I hope things get better for you!

I have Klonipin that I take as needed and as far as I can tell, it hasn't affected my weight loss at all.

Yeah I also take Lorazapam as needed and haven't noticed anything. I usually take them to help me sleep since sometimes my brain doesn't have an OFF switch.

Other than my 1st round, this diet makes me on cloud 9 giddy as all get out!

Thanks for the info! I'll consult with my dr. now and won't feel so anxious about this at least! LOL
