I have spent several hours watching youtube videos and doing searches on this forum for mixing directions. Is is just me or does everyone mix differently? I will do 43-days at 200iu daily. I got my hcg from whenhealthmatters and Bob's directions say remove 5ccs from the bac water and dump it. Then put 2 ccs bac water into the hcg amp, mix, transfer to glass vial. Repeat until all hcg is gone from hcg amp (4ccs now in glass vial), and then move the 21 remaining ccs of bac water into the glass vial. I will then have 25 injections at 1cc each. It seems like it will be alot more liquid than when I see the youtube mixing directions. It seems like their injections are less than 1cc. I guess I'm concerned that it seems diluted? I just want to do it right. I have mixing syringe & needle, 1cc. 1/2"diabetic needles, 30 gauge.
Sorry to ask silly questions, but my head is spinning. I'm probably making this a lot harder than it has to be. |

karink- it really does not matter much how concentrated or diluted it is- that just determines how much volume there is in a shot. if it's more diluted, it just gives you a bigger shot.
but you don't need that much water, either. try using a total of 12.5 ML- that will give you a concentration of 1/2 cc (.5 ML) per shot. take out 10.5 ML of bact water and put it in your mixing vial. then take 2 ML and put it in with the hcg. roll the vial in your fingers to mix it- do not shake. then take everything out of the hcg vial and slowly add it to your mixing vial. that gives you a total of 12.5 ML of fluid. 5000 divided by 200 means you have enough for 25 doses. if you use .5 cc per day in your shot, then that means you add a total of 12.5 ML of fluid. make sense? |

I got mine from when health matters and it seems to me that the instructions you have posted here are exactly right. you will end up with 25 injections of 1cc each. I was not hungry for one minute on these injections and instructions. The only thing that I think was different is that I didn't dump the extra 5cc at the beginning. I just withdrew leaving the 5cc's behind.

Karink, Bob from when health matters believes that a volume of 1 ml per shot is better than the smaller volumes, like 1/2 ml or .4 ml. His theory is your body absorbs the hcg better if you administer it in a shot of 1 ml. However, that is a large volume for a sub q injections, especially if you are doing it in your tummy. That is why you see many instructions for how to mix it. The main thing is to get the concentration correct....200 iu per the volume you are injecting. If you are comfortable with a larger volume shot....then mix the way Bob says to mix. If you want a smaller volume shot, mix as Margie said or as the you tube videos say. Personally, I believe a volume of .4 or .5 ml is easier to handle for most folks. There is no absolutely correct answer to this. Just make sure your math works out so the concentration is 200 iu.

bob insists this is the only "right" way to mix, based on one paragraph in the protocol where Dr. S. says that he mixes high-volume shots when mixing smaller batches of hcg. but directly in the next paragraph, he says that when he has more people to mix for, he uses a volume of .5 cc's per shot. the only reason he used the higher volume was to make it easier to get the hcg out of the vial.

I was told to mix 2ml per 2000ius and then to inject .2 for a 200 injection of hcg. I'm on day 11 of my first batch and I'm going to remix a new one because today I've been hungry. I am wondering though if I should do it differnetly from what I've been reading because I haven't been losing like everybody else and most improtant I experience great burning when i actually inject the hcg and I've tried both legs and the stomach . Now I'm wondering if the burning is comming from not being diluted enough? I mean were talking extreme, extreeme burning!!!!! can anybody help please? I was wondering why nobody else was talking about this horrible pain. LOL

Hi
I also found it stung on my very first injection today. I have now read about warming it up and injecting it more slowly and will try that it in the morning. I actually have a bruise right now from the injection site. Its no biggie though and i will go the opposite side of my belly button in the morning. I think the temperature thing might have some merit. I tell you what though, this beter work coz i stuffed in about 4500 claories today on my first load day lol. Ken. |
