Default P2 and TOM Question?
Is it typical for your weight to not budge while you are on TOM?

A lot of people have that problem. I started P2 the same time I started that TOM on VLCD5. I have lost about 5 pounds so far but I have had a few days when I didn't lose any or much at all. The weight loss will probably pick back up soon though.

Thanks for your response, Sam. I am on day2TOM and weight has been same for last 2 days, with an actual increase from the day before. I am feeling like it is water weight, though. I am hoping to see a loss after it ends. I don't want to do the apple day again. Ugh
