Default Help! Reloading in P2?
Hi everyone! I have been taking the Meridian Health Lab pellets for 30 days and I have only lost 14 pounds...The last two weeks I have only lost a couple of pounds and zero inches and have been getting hungrier and I haven't changed any eating habits. I was so hungry last night that I just started cheating and couldn't stop! My friend suggested that I do a reload day today to reset the weight loss. So I have been eating fatty foods all day today and am so stuffed! But now I see on these forums that reloading is not such a good idea..? Should I just go back to P2 tomorrow and hope the weight loss starts over again? I have 15 days of pellets left.
Please help me!

Yep, the only thing you can really do is get back on the horse and start fresh. If you're hungry you probably need to adjust your dose. And if you really feel like you HAVE to cheat, do it with a protein that's on protocol, like a bit of extra grilled chicken or something.

Be prepared, a cheat usually throws me into a stall, so not only do I gain from the cheat, but then I sit there for 3-4 days. I've never had a cheat "jump-start" my losses.

I don't know anything about pellets, I did injections. If you are hungry like you are stating, eat an extra serving of protein or an apple to curb it, even try skipping the Melba and up the protein and/or skipping the vegetable and upping protein. I stopped eating the Melba's about 2-weeks into the diet, it was like empty unsatisfying calories for me. Or, as the below poster suggested, you might need to up your HCG.

It took me 78-days to lose a solid 25 pounds/three sizes. I've been off the RxHCG since SEPT 15th (26-days), and have lost an extra 3.8 pounds. I am still taking the Beplex and for the most part still eating clean. Have I strayed, YES, will I stray again, YES. I think because I lost it so slowly my body has 100% reset itself and I am in the safe zone. Will I revert back to my behavior pre-HCG, NO.

I no longer think about food unless I'm hungry, I no longer reach for food when I'm bored, I no longer crave the 'bad stuff'.........HCG saved me from myself. Hang in there, you can do this.

Thanks for your responses! I can't believe it took you 78 days! But I'm glad you're doing good after the hcg. I hope I will learn that I don't need all the bad foods I was eating before as well.

I gained 8 pounds from my load day!! Yesterday I did a protein day with vegetables and no fruits and am down 4 pounds. I hope it will keep going down with no stall...So today I will just go back to eating good like before but only one fruit, regular veggies, and extra protein. I lowered my dose also and that seems to be helping so far. I haven't been doing the Melba at all.

One more question..do you have to do the diet cheat free for 23 days straight? I have done 32 days already and have 13 days of pellets left and I am hoping that will be enough for my body to reset and for me to go to p3. My friend has extra pellets if I need them to do the full 23 cheat free days in a row.
