Default Ground Turkey/chicken.....is It Legal?
on the diet I mean....I sure hope so i bought some, had turkey burger lettuce wraps tonight.....

Turkey isn't, period. You should copy and paste the protocol itself into a document and print it out so you know what to eat. It's very short.

I have the butcher ground super ultra low fat chicken, no skin. I love using it to make "burgers". You can barely tell the diff. between it and turkey.

OMG its not there I totally thought I saw turkey....Ive been eating turkey breast too! and I have more....well I guess i will feed them to my family....hope I dont gain....again!

I ate ground chicken everyday.. Just feels like an extra food you can have but its just chicken a different way...

Been pretty stable for 1 yr., but during my rounds I did eat turkey breasts occasionaly. Ground turkey breast did work for me and still does. I make turkey meatballs and beef meat balls using organic all purpose seasoning to bind the meat and to flavor.Your turkey breast or beef MUST be free of fat. Your mixture needs to be somewhat dry. Be sure to weigh them before cooking for 15 to 20 mins at 350. Great grab n go food
