questions about taking drops????

How long to you wait to take the drops after eating and then how long after to take the drops can you eat? Also how long do you let them sit under your tounge?

No food or drink 30 min before and after drops. Keep them under your tongue for about 30 seconds if HHCG. Hope this helps
