Default Is it possible to repeat Phase 2 right after Phase 3?
I seem to be stabilizing well, I'm up 1-5 lbs and it's day 7 of P3. It's also my TOM so I'm not too worried

What I want to ask is if anyone went right back to P2 after P3 was finished. I'd like to lose maybe 5-10 lbs more. Also, for the second round, has anyone done it shorter than 21 days? I spotted so badly on my Celeste drops that I couldn't wait to be done with it. Any insight?

there's a thread called cycling that is dedicated to moving back and forth between the phases. I personally haven't done it but from what i've read, the cycling veterans do not recommend cycling until you have done one full round first that is phase 1 through 4.

if your first round was only 23 days, you can consider this time an interruption and jump back to P2. technically you are only supposed to complete your 40 doses, but many do another 23 day round without a problem. especially if this is all you have to lose. if you get to goal before the end of your time, just increase your P2 amount until you get to 23 days.

again, technically you could go back for any amount of time since you've completed 23 days already. but most find they stabilize better if they do another 23. but if you want to try it, go ahead.
