I did the HCG injections Jan 1, 2010 and did great....I lost 15lbs and 16.75 inches!! I loved it. Then I went to Vegas and started falling off the wagon (I was in P3). I definitely don't recommend Vegas during that Phase--it's not HCG friendly Then I let life get in the way and reverted back to my emotional ways of eating and before I knew it, I'd gained my weight back.

I tried this again last September but must not have been mentally ready like I was the first round because I just cheated almost from the start....just a "handful" of almonds....a "couple extra ounces" here and there. Needless to say, I quit midway through and let it be.

Now here I am very ready and willing. I can't wait to do this again and work it into my life so I don't fall backwards again. It really works and the results are amazing!!

My question is this. Am I in R3? Or R2 because I didn't make it through my second round? Or R1 because I gained all my weight back and it's been over 1 1/2 years? Probably not a big deal but maybe in my head and for the sake of posting, it would be helpful to know what others have called it.
