Default Orange Pee?
Yes, this is my first post. I am a newbie. I started HCG on Monday the 17th and have been taking .5cc drops at 8-2-8 daily. Also been taking 3cc of B-12 drops 2 times a day with 3cc of Cell Salts 2 times a day. The fat loading days were much harder than I ever imagined and yesterday was my first day on the 500-cal diet. It was actually very easy. I drank about 4 quarts of water throughout the day and just before bed I had a cup of herbal tea (usually my Ben&Jerry Time). This morning when I woke up my first pee of the day was orange. It wasn't a dark yellow or highly concentrated urine like if I was dehydrated, but there was definitely a shade of orange. Is this normal?

btw - lost 6lbs after 24hrs of 500cal!!

* Certain foods or drinks
o Beets - turn urine reddish
o Borscht (beet soup) - turn urine reddish
o Blackberries - may lead to red urine
o Rhubarb - can cause orange urine
o Senna - can lead to orange urine
* Dehydration - causes darker urine or even a gold-color urine
* Excessive sweating
* Insufficient fluid intake
* Excessive intake of foods containing carotene
* Riboflavin intake

It's probably from the b12... I wouldn't worry too much as long as you don't have symptoms - fever, rash, etc. or there's a foul smell with it. You could skip your b12 today and see if it goes back to normal.

Thanks Robbi. I will go another day doing the same thing and see if I can reproduce the results. Then change things up.
