So this morning around 9 my stomach is just growling up a storm, but I don't feel any hunger at all, is this normal? This is my first VLCD also. So far so good

Hi Kimmit,
That is normal, your body will adjust. I have been through it.

I'm on Day 33 and my stomach still growls, even rumbles at times. It mostly happens at night and I tell myself my body is now going to dig into the fat deposits

, so I guess I'm ok with the noise.

Thats awesome....glad to know I'm not that only one who is cool with that noise...I even enjoy it because I tell myself the exact same thing...my body is attacking the fat!

I never thought of it that way before, lol. But now that you mention it I look forward to the growling.
