Default Chuck Roast on P2??
I'm making a chuck roast in the crock pot tomorrow for dinner. Would that count for p2 or does it have too much fat?? I roast it until it falls apart and usually it's just the muscle fibers.

As far as I know no chuck roast, plus you are suppost to weigh the meat before you cook it to get the correct amound

generally there is too much fat in a chuck roast, and if you cook it with the fat on, it will be in the fibers of the meat. Plus, meg is correct, you need to weigh before cooking, so it would be a difficult measurement after you cooked it.

I ate chuck roast in P2 without gaining. I cut off as much fat at I could and did it in the crock pot, so most of the fat cooked off. Of course, I couldn't weigh my portion before cooking, but just took what looked like my normal serving size. The diet says we can have beef, and most beef has at least a little fat.
