Hi there,
hang in there. I know its frustrating. But sometimes when we are on vlcd and losing weight (it takes a while for our bodies to actually break down the fat cells) its like our bodies break them down and replace them with water, so you could still be losing inches and fat but retaining some water at times. Are you drinking enough water? Are you watching your sodium. What about your cosmetics? Some oils can cause gains on P2. Try to drink your fluids and make sure you are getting enough food all your 500 calories. But in the first week you should be seeing loses not gains although everyone is different and hcg patterns may vary. Just make sure you are eating all the approved foods. what did you eat yesterday? |
