I am feeling completely overwhelmed like I'm not going to do this right and totally screw it up! My hcg should be here today so i will start loading tomorrow and friday but after that I feel like a fish out of water. I briefly looked into P3 but I was so confused I decided to stick with what I need to know at the moment but even then there are so many different things to follow. Organic no organic cleanse don't cleanse how much hcg to take where to inject what not to eat suppliments to take ...my head hurts and I feel overwhelmed. I need this to work, I don't want to be the fat mom and wife!!
I have decided that we will eat mostly organic because it's what we believe in so to speak but beyond that yea I'm lost ![]() Thanks! |

Agreed....read pounds and inches. You CANNOT go wrong following that document. While this site is wonderful for support it can definitely be overwhelming with a lot of people doing things there own way. Even those who have their own way of doing it started with the Dr. S protocol I would imagine so that is your best bet to have confidence for the beginning of the round.

I felt like that, too. Just remember that it's actually really simple and if you commit to staying on the protocol (following the low cal diet) there's not much to it. Forget about making tweaks or trying to find a way around the guidelines and you're really doing yourself a favor, IMHO.
It's pretty simple when you remember that you're basically talking about eating 2 proteins, 2 vegs, and 2 fruits a day. My only suggestion would be to skip the melba/grissini from the beginning so you don't get attached to it (a lot of people drop this later because they feel like it is decreasing their weight loss). Wait until you are well into the low cal diet before even thinking about P3. You will have plenty of time to plan for that in a couple weeks. I wish you the best of luck. |
