Default Is Organic Flax (Seed) Oil w/lignans ok to use and
is it the same as flax seeds in a bag? I use to take the flax seeds in order to keep my system flowing when ever i would become constipated but when I was at Trader Joes yesterday I did not see the seeds so I grabbed the oil, which I assumed was the same? is this ok to take?? and does it work the same as the seeds and will it interfere with weight loss in phase 2

Flax seed oil is fat. It's a triclyceride. I would not take it but I find that the xylosweet in my coffee keeps me regular...

thanks ladies i put the organic flax oil away for another life time, but did get the actual flax seeds as they have always done me right...I have such a complicated digestive system that the only thing that helps that is not going to kill me or waste my time is the flax seeds i will see how my weight is tomorrow to see if it had an adverse effect ... lets hope it does not because its always been my life saver in the past...
