Default Shorter than 23 days??
Hi there! I did a 23 day round in april and lost the weight I wanted. I maintained great. HOWEVER, I went on a 2.5 week vacation and gained 9 lbs!!! (yes yes yes...I know. TERRIBLE!) I just got back last thursday and immediately started a round the very next day. I had maintained perfectly until this stupid vacation! I am on day 5 (day 3 of vlcd) and have already lost 5 lbs! My question is since this is sort of like a "correction" round from the weight I gained in 2 weeks can I end p2 when I've lost the weight I gained? I foresee meeting my goal in the next week, which would be only 2 weeks of the diet. Of course I would do 3 vlcd days off the drops and then transition into p3 for 3 weeks just like I did before. Any thoughts?

I would not have recommended to start a round for 9 lbs before trying a few correction days first. If you had maintained well it likely would have come right back off.

If you continue on hcg you should do the minimum of 23 days of dosing. If you reach your goal weight before 23 days of dosing, you can increase your calories of P2 foods to maintain that weight until you've completed the course of hcg.

Thanks Beth! Yes...I thought so I didn't do any correction days when I got back because I thought 9 or 10 lbs was too much to fix that way. I know strict dieting and exercise would do the trick, but I just really wanted to get it off quicker because I'm in a wedding in a few weeks. I had left over drops so I thought I'd go for it. Like I said I am on day 5 and the lbs are coming off way faster that I thought they would! Excited about that! Just don't want to go the full 23 days again. Blehhh. I was really enjoying maintenance.
Thanks again for your advice!
