Waiting to eat or drink, before and after taking hHCG drops

I am taking hHCG drops by YourHCG. The bottle says to take drops 30 minutes before meals. I am also reading on their website to not eat or drink 30 minutes before or after taking them. Do you really have to go a whole hour without drinking water?

Most of us don't time our doses with our meals. We just spread them out during the day like 7am, 1pm and 7pm. Although I'm not that precise I take them in the morning, the afternoon and night when I do HHCG.

Yes you will need to go an hour without eating or drinking and an hour is a long time to go without water especially if your temps are hot like it is here. I've seen others say 15-30 minutes so there are times I will only do 1/2 an hour without drinking. 15 before and 15 minutes after. Other times I've had to skip my afternoon dose because it wasn't possible to go without water long enough to get it in (I don't recommend that though).

Hi Im new to the HCG diet (drops) and im finding it very hard to wait half hour after and before to drink water (not worried about the eating thing) so are you saying waiting 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after to drink water will work too? Thanks for any help you can give me http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png

If you take it when you first wake up in the morning, you're only waiting the 30 mins after because you were sleeping the 30 mins before. And if you take it right before you go to bed you're only waiting the 30 mins before because you will be sleeping 30 mins after. Makes sense to me?

This 30 minute recommendation is based on the homeopathic clean mouth concept. Most people agree that you need to maintain a clean mouth for 15 minutes before and after taking the homeopathic remedy. Some people say it only need to be 10 minutes.

I've mostly done 15 minutes since I started. Rarely done a whole half hour before or after. Note that it also depends on what you have put in your mouth. Something like distilled water is a lot different than coffee or toothpase.
