Default Maintaining lost weight!
OK, I thought I had things back under control, but my weight just wants to keep inching up. I was OK for over 4 months after hcg, then I don't know what messed me up, but now it seems like I can't eat anything BUT protein or I gain. I thought maybe I was eating too MUCH steak, so yesterday, I steamed a head of cauliflower, then made a soup in the water with some cauliflower, green beans, grape tomatoes, green chilies, carrots, ground chuck and seasoning. I had two eggs with cheese and V8 juice for breakfast, then ate nothing but the soup the rest of the day and was back up this morning! I'm utterly confused right now about what to do. I don't eat any sugar or carbs/starches other than what's in the vegetables I mentioned. Maybe I've been 3-4 lbs over LDW long enough I can't get it off??? It's just enough to make the size clothing I'm in uncomfortable and I don't like it!!! I'm even thinking of doing a 23 day round to get 10 lbs off and maybe "reset". Anybody with input would be appreciated!!
