Default 9 Days in & 10lbs gone BUT I'm feel'n tired, ill~I think my Hypoglycemia is acting up
This is 1st time doing hCG but I did a lot of research on it and finally informed myself with enough knowledge to proceed with it. I bought from a very reputable American Made pharmacological company & am under Dr. supervision. However my Dr. advised me (and all his patients) against doing any diet besides eating less & moving more. He's very old school! I know my Dr is just gonna tell me to get off of this, if I go to him for any questions.

HOWEVER I want to see if anyone here has experienced symptoms like mild hand shaking, fatigue or dizziness? I've been checking my blood sugar and it hasn't gone too far down (85-88 before food and after food it's been 110-130) I've been every EVERY strict on my diet, haven't cheated, I measure & weigh everything, I only drink water or green tea, I have a food journal, weighing myself daily, adding my calories, staying under 500 each day (I SWEAR THIS IS THE HARDEST DIET I'VE EVER BEEN ON) but maybe I've overdoing it??

I've had hypoglycemia and vitamin deficiency for years now and know to read my body. I used to just pop in a life saver, cheese string, nuts, oranges or other treats when I felt the illness coming on but now what?? Do you think I NEED to cheat when I start feeling ill? Do you think I need to space out my meals more? I am just so lost at what to do. HAS ANYBODY HAD ANY EXPERIENCE IN THIS DEPARTMENT??

Thanks!

Are you eating the fruit and the Melbas? I did an "all protein" diet once years ago (Stillman diet) and had a very scary blood sugar crash. I was shaking, nauseous, and had tachycardia (rapid heart beat). Any time I tried to repeat that diet, on the morning of the second day it would happen. Nothing happens like that on this diet because I make sure to eat my fruit and melbas. If you keep them scattered throughout the day maybe it would keep your blood sugar more stable.

You know that you mention it the last 2 days I HAVE skipped the melbas toast and have eaten the lowest glycemic index fruits allowed (strawberries & grapefruit). Thanks for helping me realize that I NEED to track that more efficiently. I know exactly what you mean in regards to tachycardia but so far it hasn't gotten that far (that is exactly what I'm trying to avoid, I know it CAN get to that point).

I always carry an apple or orange slices with me. I was having scary hypo like episodes in the afternoon. I minimized this by swapping one fruit for an egg, eaten around 10 am, then lunch at noonish, 1/2 a fruit mid afternoon, dinner around 6, and the last 1/2 fruit with dinner, or later with a cup of tea. If I follow that schedule, I do well.
