Always get enough sleep because no matter how often you exercise if you're sleep deprived, you'll still gain weight. I haven't been exercising a lot because I got so busy with so many personal things but I'm now going back to jogging with my dog and just doing home exercises to keep fit. I want to go to the gym but I just couldn't find the time to do so.

Its my programm, what about you?
This month I feel great , I'm working out 5 times per week i lift weidth and i go jogging, and i eat 5 or 6 meals per day, just one bad thing i don't sleep well http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/frown.png , its holiday I must benefit the maximum to reach my former body http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/smile.png

Thanks of god it was just a passing phase , now I sleep enough , buy the way I came to lose 12 pounds http://www.dietforums.com/images/smilies/smile.png
