Default has anyone tried the acai berry diet
I keep seeing the advertisement for acai berry diet, and i'm curious does it really work, and are there any side effects that i need to be aware of.

I hoping to hear from people whom have tried it, and not the advertisers please.

thanks

I heard so many good things about this product. My friend lost 20 pounds in just one week. I'll definitely try this.

I have tried the acai berry products and I would recommend them to you, you have to shop around as some of the products are overpriced and contain ingrediants in addition to acai that you don't really need. It really feels like you are cleansing your body from the inside out.

I just ordered the free trials of both products. Cost me 9.75 in shipping. I'll get back to you in a few weeks with any results

If it helps motivate you to take in fewer calories than your body burns, it will work fine. If it doesn't then it will be a waste of money. In my experience, paying someone else isn't the answer to weight loss. Motivation and commitment are the real answer.

Yes, it's a great natural product. The acai berry is high in anti oxidants and other things. They are a really great way to help augment a solid an exercise and diet program if you are looking to lose weight.

Hi

I was reading that there is no scientific proof that acai has weightloss properties...It actually contains the same amount of Antitoxins as grapes, and cranberries but more than oranges and apples.....

I suggest GOJI berries or Wolfberries instead! You can buy them dried and add them to teas, or granola bars or soak them and use them in cooking....They are now classed as a superfood...and richer than all other berries in antitoxins.....they can also help fight against cancers and eye problems (such as glaucoma)....

I totally agree with you fmw! If you believe on the product then you will lose weight. It's all in the mind. When following a weight loss plan, you have to believe that it will work for you and you will lose weight, otherwise you will be wasting too much time. You have to motivate yourself and commit to the plan of staying fit. That means giving time to exercise and stick to the meal plan that will help you get the outcome that you want. Discipline is necessary to achieve your goal.
