Ok, I'll play along, adapting the goals I set a week or so ago.

210 by July 1st.

Weight as of this morning: 218.8 (weekend of pure gluttony, hopefully it goes down once I'm done digesting it all!)

Hello, I am brand new to here. I weighed in at 83.6kg today (3rd June) so would love to be in the late 70's by 1st July.

Have had a bad few days as got a terrible cold and have eaten bad sugar free throat sweets but didn't know what else to do!!!! Am sticking with the good eating though and just discovered flax meal....so yummy with soya milk for breakfast. Won't have it everyday but when there is no time for eggs or I feel I wan't something different.

Good luck everyone...we can do this

Thanks for getting this set-up Tracy! I am targeting for eight pounds this month. Off to a shaky start but have regrouped and re-focused and KNOW that this is a reachable goal!

I'm in, too... got a new scale yesterday and I'm ready to kick some butt. I'm not going to pick a number goal... I'm going to make it my goal to do the best I can and lose as much as my body allows this month. I have a family reunion type thing on the 4th of July and I'd REALLY like to be able to wear something in my closet (and not have to go buy something BIGGER because none of what I have will fit). I don't expect to be "thin" by then... but I do expect that I can feel and look better one month from today. I'd be very happy with that. Thrilled, actually. LOL

Today is day 4 of my restart and I'm feeling good about it.

Hadn't given much thought to actually setting a goal....other than to finish losing the last of what this latest slip cost me...So I'm also going to just do the best I can for the month...Only have 19 pounds to go before I finally break 200...which I'd like to do before mid-August's family get-together...so will try my best to get a little closer to that...

It's great to see so many people on board! Awesome! I just need to get up off my butt and get some groceries and work out a bit more. I had too comfortable a memorial day weekend following my previous AWESOME week. I want to be back there, and then down some more!

Yippeeee Olive! and lucy - good luck for the 10th - but weigh 2 days in a row in case of water-retention (or just make sure you're low on sodium and drink lots of water on the 9th!!

How about end the month with 7 days straight of no 220s weights!

I had a low weight of 221.8 today. So we are talking atleast a 4-5 lb month to pull that off.

I'm in! I'd like to see 8 lbs gone from wherever I am at the end of the month. I have an official weigh in tomorrow so I'll figure my goal weight then. It might be tough, as I suspect I'm wooshing, but I'm definitely going to try!

i want to lose 0.2 gk per day in general - so in the end of June - i want to lose 6 kg - that means 13.2 lbs.

till now (in 13 days i lost 4.1 kg = 9 lbs) - so i hope i can do this.

a smaller goal for this week - was to see the starting number 6.. on the scales even 69.99 would do.

meanwhile i'm 70.9 - and the weekend is getting nearer...

Can a slightly frustrated California Granny jump in on this one? Even though she's gained a few of her nasty old pounds back???

After almost six weeks am finally seeing the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel...and am ready to start seriously loosing again...

Didn't do too awfully badly while I was away...just 12 pounds worth of damage.....Have already managed to lose a good part of them... (I just Love Induction...and have really been blessed that it still works for me...'cause I've heard so much about the "one golden shot")

I thought of all of you and missed being here...So am super glad I'm able, now, to re-join the group...Will try to pop in daily....

I agree with Tracy - weigh yourself two days in a row....you never know what you might miss b/c of water retention - it happens to me ALL the time!

So how is it going Ollie, Tracy, John, Lucky, Tril, Lili, Loleta, VLS and Libi23...did I miss anyone? We are at the midway point exactly today!

I am excited to report that I am now down 4.5 pounds for the month - so just a little bit ahead of my midway goal (darn it....hee hee...) I am really excited about my progress this month - because I have been just maintaining basically since September / October...to see the scale start to move in new territory is really exciting. I get on the scale 2-3 time just to make sure it is really true.

So let's hear how you are doing - whether it's good, bad or just down right ugly....we can cheer and support it other whatever is happening!
