Hey this is probably a silly question...BUT...

What is heavy cream? At the store, I see half & half, 18% cream, and whipping cream. Are any of these heavy cream? Is heavy cream something else?

Yeah, it does get confusing... especially since different countries use the same name to describe different creams. Here's a great chart to explain the different creams:

Thanks Tril! And so from this char, I think I'll keep my eyes open for heavy whipping cream. I think I might have seen that in the stores too
