Need support knowledge ultimate stages
 

Hello everybody else! I simply finished P2 (or as my friend explained, P1...so listed here is where my distress starts lol) and nowadays is my 1st day of perhaps not using the falls but continuing with the 500 calorie diet. I know that I try this for tomorrow and today, but after that, I'm getting confused. I'd often just called launching VLCD P2, P1 and preservation P3. Today I'm seeing P4 so I've no idea how to proceed. LOL Any assistance with this could be tremendous valued. Oh, and after 40 days on falls, I dropped 29 pounds....just ONE dang pound from my objective. But happy anyway. http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png
