Guys its my brother’s wedding in Jan and I want to look slim during the function. How can I prepare myself in just a month? Any idea guys? Good suggestions are highly appreciated. I want to do it in natural way without any pills or so.
Good to see that you have decided not to take any medicines or something. Most of diet medicines have high side effects and they harm the body metabolism too which is not good at all. Start with a small decrease in your diet and make sure you drink at least ten glasses of water daily.
I think you should take some expert advices instead of asking here in forum. There are any good dieticians which will definitely help you in the process. Till then start with a daily routine and a small workout to warm you up.
Get up early daily and start doing yoga to increase you stamina and metabolism. Make sure that you take juice in your diet daily. Drink plenty of water and add fibre in your diet. Avoid oily and junk food.
