Hello everyone I am a teenage girl and want to wear short dresses so that I want to flat my belly.plz tell me how to maintain my figure? Is this possible to remain fit even in mid ages and how to keep track of ma calories taken in a day?

Hi friend, It’s a trend I guess to look fit no matter what is your age .some good exercise and aerobics for those who get bore with doing daily exercises .cut the calories from your menu .add a good amount of fiber can do wonders.

Losing weight is not at all a difficult task.rememeber these silly points
• Wake up early and try to inhale fresh air as much as u can.
• Avoid sleeping during daytime and soon after the meals.
• Soak any deep fried snacks in tissue just to avoid excess oil.
• 10 min daily exercise can also be helpful.
• Dance, dance and dance.
• Avoid tension.
