Def Leppard is on MTV right now, and they keep showing close ups of the drummer, and I just cannot figure out how he does it! He is good...

Talent, Plus a lot of determination not to give up. I think a lot of bands would have kept going and left him behind, I think its great that they stuck by him and gave him the support he needed to overcome his tragedy.
