First I ever OWNED was Saturday Night by the Bay City Rollers (7" vinyl single) ... traded some stuff for it at school.
First I ever BOUGHT with money that I had earned was the vinyl LP of Sweet's Desolation Boulevard. I still have it.

The first albums I ever owned were Automatic for the People and Out of Time by REM on CD. Was about 9 or 10 I think.
