I am indeed going for both nights, shall be good craic, its in 2 days, unfortunetly its looking that Foo Fighters and James Brown are clashing which is a pity and it also seems that Bloc Party and QOTSA are clashing also, but other than that its gonna be brilliant.

the crowd was unreal for james brown, i couldnt put my finger on how many exactlly but no onw was getting in most people in there basically stayed since it was nearly impossable to get out.Im just so upset I had to wait till the last minuit, but this girl I was hanging with wanted to see Keane and that is smthing Ill always regret. some of my mates said they jumped the rails and dived under the tent just b4 the bouncers got to the,. ANd he was obviously off the hook, I could just see a bit in from a distance but I was too upset to keep looking at what I could of seen , hopefully he will do another, dear god please

Well I'm just back from the 4 day camp, went Friday back today. and man oh man did i have a good time. Here's who i seen.
Foo Fighters
The Killers
Snoop Dogg
Green Day
Feeder
Queens Of The Stone Age
Jimmy Eat World
Ausioslave
Keane
Rodrigo y Gabriela

OK lets start with Keane, first of all i did not want to see this for obvious reasons but i was lost my mates and had to hang around with a few others from the group that went up with me. And I'm in a pissy fit, this was probably one of the things that fucked up my day on Sunday. because watching this meant I couldn't get into the green room later on the see James Brown but it meant I could go see the foo fighters. I had such a hard decision deciding who to see and James Brown was one of the things I was looking forward too but the had to clash the foo's and the godfather, two of which i was dieing to see but if I could of gotten into the idiotic idea of a tent to see James Brown I would of but that place was flooded. why would they do that to James,I taught he should of been on the main stage headlining after the foos but no. anyway, The Foo's I enjoys but they totally lacked in entertainment and it felt like it went by to fast. other than that the rest of the festival was great, I was in the front of the pit for Snoop Doog, Queens of a Stone age and Green Day on Saturday and I have to say Green Day put on the best performance Ive ever been to, I'm sure James Brown Was probably up in the same ranking but that Ill never know for sure until i see the man himself hopefully in the future. but anyway out of the whole festival Green day in first place followed by Snoop Doog in at second, to me Concerts should be more than songs but entertaining and these two did exactly that. Snoop played allot of his classics, one of which is one of my favorites whice was ofcourse Gin & Juice
Alot of people had been surprised of his performance too, last time he was here i had a ticket but never made it, and anyway I was told it was bad. But even one of my mates a total rap hater said SNoop gave a great performance as for the dancers.
pwhorrrr! man Im happy with the pics i got.
moving on....
Killers Feeder & Jimmy Eat World where all very good to me, probably would of been better in the pit, I just hate concerts if Im not squashed in a crowd jump up and down and singing along like crazy...
also as i was hopelessly cueing for James Brown I caught some of an act from the outside of Rodrigo y Gabriela. And I have to say I was very Impressed. Ive not heard of them b4 but Ill makesure to pick up some of there stuff now. all in all if I had of gotten to see The Godfather James Brown the festival would of been a hell of alot better but saturday is a day I wish I never had.
