Default Favorite Jay Z Album...
what's your favorite, and what's your least favorite from him?

my favorite would have to be Reasonable Doubt, that LP had so many classic songs on it i don't know how anybody could hate on that album

my least favorite would be In My Lifetime...didn't like that at all, there was like only 1 song i was feeling on that whole album

Reasonable Doubt is Jay-Z's best album, followed by The Blueprint closely. My least favorite is In my Lifetime...that wasn't that great to me

Black album is ok but IMo is not no where close to Jay's best. i would put BP2 before the black album. that's just me tho.

Reasonable Doubt * The Black Album are tied on #1 for me , different reasons why i love'em, but i couldent say wich more. On is a classic the other one a future classic imo.

#2- Vol. 2
#3- The Blueprint I

worse... I dont rememember wich i didint like like... was it The life and times... or the Dynasty album?.... humm....

Overall Great career for Hov anyways...

reasonable doubt is a great album but when i relistened to it i didnt like it much.

my favorite would be vol. 2 . it wasnt a well rounded album though. the songs were either really great or really trash. but i liked the really great tracks alot.

my least favorite would be the black album. it got old real quick and im glad i downloaded it so i didnt buy it when it came out. and im mad that they put out another single with biting on it

"i shoot at you actors like movie directors"- jay

"i shoot at you reckless like movie directors"- krs one

and id rather buy "train of thought" than any jay-z album. howcome noone ever calls talib the king of new york?

My favorite albums by Jay-Z would have to be Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint. Those are two classic albums right there. I mean Reasonable Doubt had classic tracks (Brooklyn's Finest, Coming of Age, Dead Presidents II...) While The Blueprint was when Kanye West got put on the map with solid beats (Izzo, Takeover, Heart of a City).

My least favorite album would have to be Best of Both Worlds. I didn't like the idea of combining Jay-Z and R. Kelly on a whole album. A couple songs would have been fine, but a whole album
(come on Roc-A-Fella, you can do better)

But Jay-Z is the true "King Of New York"
