Well, if you're a rap/hip-hop fan, you should definitely give this album a try. If you want to hear it, head over to MTV.com's "The Leak". This album has some sick production, and Xzibit comes through hard on his rhymes. The subject matter is strong and Xzibit talks about some relevant/important things. He also doesn't bore the listener to death so he mixes it with some entertaining tracks as well. The album is definitely strong and heart-felt and is definitely one of the best to come out this year.
Personally, I'd rate the album a 9/10. Buy it for yourself or as a Christmas gift. |

My God you're ignorant. This album has no input from Dre or Em at all. He's not even on Shady or Aftermath, he's on Columbia. You have no clue about his legacy. This is his fifth album. He did work with Dre and Em on his THIRD and FOURTH albums. He's been in the game since '96. Just thought I'd inform you and relieve you from your ignorance.......
As for Pimp My Ride, it's MTV's top rated show. Sorry you're too dull to be entertained, lol, j/k |

fuck Xzibit... sorry but I hate X I had an old cd of his the one that had "X" on it and I just could never listen to another cd by him willingly. I mean yeah you may like him and all but in my opinion only reason he is still rapping is cause he is tight with Dre and Em, and plus that boring ass Pimp My Ride...:-\

You obviously didn't pay attention to what I said, I said that the only real reason he is STILL around is because of Em and Dre. I could talk about KRS-1 and how he is still around, he hasn't really done shit as an artist other than a few heads that listen to him but he is still around so just because he has 5 cd's doesn't mean shit. A lot of underground artist come out with 5 cd's within 2 years so the amount of cd's you have out doesn't mean shit. Xzibit doesn't have a legacy, hell most of the people I know that love west coast music can't stand Xzibit. But you're a fan and I can't hate on you for that it's just I can't stand him personally. And btw, the comment about Pimp My Ride being MTV's #1 rated show, when Sunday Night Heat was on MTV it had 1.3 ratings and was MTV's #1 rated show at the time so that argument holds no weight.
