Popular rapper Chingy, of the hit selling song "Right Thurr" is in a whole mess of legal trouble nowadays.

Apparently, Chingy never finished high school, matter of fact he only made it to grade 8 of middle school. Since releasing his solo debut, he hasn't been able to collect any royalties from the recordings due to a legal loophole that was overlooked in the entertainment industry for so many years.

Because of this loophole, anyone that doesn't finish high school is not legally considered an "adult" in the music industry. Now since Chingy is not an "adult", he's not legally eligible to work and file income taxes, so he can't collect any kind of check whatsoever.

"This is straight up bullshit furr real playa", said Chingy by phone interview. "I wurrked too hurrd to not get paid. But I got all my lawyurrs
on the case as we speak", he said.

Damn, I feel sorry for the guy. Dumbass didn't even finish the 8th grade...
