Default Suggested Songs
Hey guys, I need some help. I am looking for some bands that I might like. Right now I like Linkin Park, 3 Doors Down, The Fray, some Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and Creed. I like rock but not too much. Any suggestions?

Well you can never go wrong with The Presidents of the United States of America

But honestly...hmm if you like creed you'll probably like Alterbridge..Other than that i cant really think of any other bands right now. I'll add more if i can think of em.

download the song "Boot" by Pepper. They have Pepper in their name like The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and they have Creed in the song.

"We're on the road you seeeeeee, not MTV. But when we get there we won't shave our hair or be fags like Creed"

trapt, 3 days grace,AFI,Lost prophets old and new stuff (definalty),shinedown, disturbed.

thats all i htink of that you may note of heard of but i dont know what you like lol

in terms of rock id say song wise;

Shinobi vs dragon ninja- Lost prophets
Down with the sickness- Disturbed
I hate everything bout you- three days grace
anything from the new lost prophets album as well its not as rocky as the song above but its still great

Hmm.

Scorpions - Rock You Like A Hurricane, No One Like You, Wind Of Change

Foghat - Slowride

Soundgarden - Black Hole Sun, Rusty Cage, Spoonman

Van Halen - Hot For Teacher

Wolfmother - Woman

Listen to Deep Purple too. If you want a list of Deep Purple songs, PM me.

I'm more a heavy metal guy, but those are some good songs there.

Our Lady Peace ("Whatever" is a good song), Span (good songs are "Found", "Papa").

If you want something a little older give "Brothers in Arms" by Dire Straits a shot.

Don't listen to the rest, listen to Canadian Badass, Shadow123 and Domthebomb. I suggest you to avoid any of that Nu metal stuff, it all sounds basically the same. Disturbed (they suck ass live), Trapt, Korn, same shit. Instrumentally, those bands are weak because they play the same damn thing from beginning to finish.

Faith No More is a great band, they are very diverse. Download ''Epic'', ''Easy'' and ''Digging The grave'', ''Midlife Crisis''.

Except that he's asking for song suggestions based on the music he already likes, not what music WE like. I could have easily told him to download some of my favorite bands' music like Alice in Chains, Dream Theater, Matthew Good, Pink Floyd, Zeppelin; and so on...but it hardly fits into what he likes.

People really need to realize that not everyone gives a shit about what "they" like.

PS. Ya'll didn't even name some of Faith No More's best songs ala "Zombie Eater" and "The Gentle Art of Making Enemies".

Judging by your music taste...

Shinedown - Save Me, I Dare You, Beyond the Sun, Lady So Divine, 45, Burning Bright

Audioslave - Doesn't Remind Me, Out of Exile, Be Yourself, Cochise, Shadow of the Sun

Stone Sour - Through the Glass, Bother

You may like bands like Hinder, Nickelback, and Staind too...can't give you any suggestions on them though since I really don't listen to their music(although I gotta admit, "Rockstar" by Nickelback is catchy ).

Uh... Sorry, but Creed sucks. Maybe you should try some punk. That's always good, or maybe even some emo.

Try these:

Great White Coma-by The Sunstreak
Heretics & Killers-by Protest the Hero
Last Days of Summer-by Silverstein
Stupid Kid-by Alkaline Trio

Try those. They're some of my favorites.
