Default Metallica and another New Song?
Posted: 8/12/2006
"Domo Arifato Muther Fuckers!" said Kirk at the end of tonight's show in Tokyo. And I would say Tokyo is very special, because they got a new song! NOT The New Song, but The Other New Song! That's right, a brand new one! Working on some pictures now. Setlist coming right up! That was found on MetOnTour.

Please note, that this news may not be true. I do not have an account on Metontour, but this has been confirmed by many people on the Metallica forums .. Although, I'm not sure how much I can trust people off of the Metallica forums. Thought people might want to know anyways.

Other New Song Links

As long as Kirk Hammett gets back to what he is accustomed to (Lead Guitar) than I'm going to be very happy. St. Anger was the first album that Kirk actually submitted lyrics for... and I think James showed off more chops on the album than he did.

I'm at work right now, but can't wait to check it out.
Thanks for the link.

I'm not sure, but I at least know that if any new songs (except possibly new song 1) were played there, there would have been videos of them all up on youtube. I can get those full concerts on youtube ... its quite amusing actually

And it was played 2 days later in Korea

More than Donnington got the first new song ... There are ... many versions of it.

Edit! Good audio version available - see first post.

As long as it's better than the monstrocity of St. Anger it has to be good news.
