Beck rules. I saw him live back in '97 with The Cardigans, and his live show was a lot of fun. I couldn't get into "Sea Change" as much as his last albums, but that a more dark, personal album anyways. Plus, he was great when he appeared on "Futurama" as his disembodied self!

I think it was letterman. And actually its Beck Hansen and the others are Hanson, different last names. lets re read...i saw on a talk show that he said he wasnt related to them. im not trying to be a dick...but some people just believe anything. Like one guy at the mall told another guy that brock lesnar was starting for the vikings and going good, cos he was just a dumbass and didnt know what he was talking about. Poor guy left thinking Brock was a starter...lol anyway....Beck said himself he wasnt related. |

I could give a shit less what you seen on TV. It's been known that he's their uncle. Now, let's look at this logically, if you can even do that; but I doubt it.
There is a reason he would openly state in public he wasn't related to them. It's called album sales. As sad as it is, some people won't even touch Beck's work just by merely knowing he's related to the Hanson brothers. So how does he counter this, and hope to gain more prospective fans? easy; he denies that they are related. He may really not, but i've heard all over the place that he is. I think I maybe even seen a interview with both Beck and the Hanson brothers when they all first came about. So now shut the fuck up with your ignorant bullshit *thumbs up* It's too bad you're mind is so one tracked. It's even badder that you're one of the people who post the most around GR. Makes GR a worse place because you're like a plague to the intelligent Peace. [ January 09, 2005, 05:58 AM: Message edited by: Sirrius ] |
