does anyone know where i can go to get music URLs to use for a site of mine?

Could you be a bit more specific? "Music URLs" is an awfully broad term.

If you mean links to MP3s that are already hosted online, the only thing you can do is a grueling Google search.

Just look for fan sites of the artist you're looking for, they usually host song samples, if not full songs. Or of course check the artist's official page.

Other than that you'll have to have the song on your PC and host it yourself.
