Most commercial music is composed just for a specific situation. It would be unlikely that the music in that commercial is from any known soundtrack, yet alone recorded on a CD. It's known as a marketing ploy, where the music or dialogue draws your attention to the product being advertised. The commercial is taped first, then the music score is composed.
