I found this article that may be of interest to those affected by the solar storms....

http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/ci...universe50.htm

A friend of mine is feeling nausea yesterday and today without a cause and can't shake it. My dad and I are bumping into walls.

That's very interesting. I am usually clumsy but i have been running straight into walls lately like if they weren't even there! Today and yesterday I have been dizzy but i had a feeling it was no big deal. How long before a solar flare can you start to feel the effects? I have been tired all the time for the past month and a half to two months no matter how much sleep i get. I have tried less sleep, more sleep, then back to what I was sleeping, and none of it worked. And now above all that I either cannot get to sleep or I wake up multiple times each night for no reason. I have told the doctor about this and they said nothing was wrong with me. Ugh I just thought someone on here might have some type of clues to what might be going on, or that it might be related to this flare. Any advice is very welcomed.

Yours is stress Korryn. You need to meditate. You have gotten lazy and lax on grounding and meditation and your sleep is being affected by the stress.

The whole thing about solar flares are they take off from the sun and take, from what I've read about three days to push through.

I think I started feeling something about them on the 20th, but it was probably my guides giving me a heads up as they kept giving me girl scout references....which always means be prepared-just didn't know in which way.

The storm originated on 1/22. The predictions were that the energy would affect earth through 1/25.

So, we shouldn't be having that energy "hitting" anymore, but as some suggest, it changes the earth and us. I keep getting "fine tuning".

There have been many references to humans changing and alot of those references out there all list the tiredness, and bouts of great energy and then down again. The suggestions of grounding and hydrating have helped me, and actually using a headband covering my third eye has helped sometimes, which I thought was strange at the time, but whatever works=works.

Blessings,
M

I also use red garnet (earrings) but not often. I simply wear a hat (no not of tinfoil either) lol
I keep getting references to the "Northern Exposure" episode about the aurora borealis and how everyone went goofy for awhile, lol.

How long before a solar flare can you start to feel the effects?
The information is a bit different from different sources: from one to three days after the flare. I haven't heard they are felt before (are they?) But, I've been watching that for some time and now I'm certain that I feel the effect of solar flares when they happen, in real time, and not after... when it is supposed to arrive to Earth.

When they are happening, I feel lost. I don't recognize myself. But usually tomorrow I see it was the flares. When their effect arrives to Earth, I'm totally ok. For me the worst is over.

I still haven't find a way to help myself, but I'll try your suggestions next time.
