Why am I unable to ask for a reading? - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

I have tried to ask for a reading in the Practice den, but I am not permitted to start a new thread. I have posted 25 times and been active in the forums for more than 7 days. Is there something else that I am missing here.
