If you were to get messages in your head, songs, sycronisation, is it always spiritual or could it be telepathy.

I had an experience which I believe was spirit, songs playing in my head with a message, sycronisation, over whelming emotions etc. Just wasnt sure who was sending out the message.

Think I have to accept it is spirit, just didnt want it to be the person I think it is!!

Had a bit of a panick attack during the week wondering what I was opening up to. Even questioned if I was imagining things, a breakdown!!

Ive started writing these experiences down in a diary to see what comes of them. The spirit I think was contacting me is not even someone I know but know of,and have things in common with.

Im not mentally fragile!!! I just cant believe some of the things Ive experienced over the last while.

Telepathy would need to be confirmed to know. Because it's relatively the same thing. You are hearing thought energy from your guides or you can also do that from people.

So if you ask your friend "Did you just think about the song "Toxic"?" She says.. hmm no. Then that was spirit, pay attention to the lyric stuck.

An orchestra of angels are playing with my heart.
